Job Summary
Job Overview: The Production Planner/Scheduler coordinates supply with production needs to meet customer demand. Insures appropriate amounts of inventory is held to meet customer service goals while minimizing carrying costs improving production efficiencies meeting company goals safety and government compliance.
Priorities
- Grow sales volume manage and optimize cost of goods and overheads - while delivering highest quality products. Priority Brands will grow in volume and profit at a faster rate than the total business and will comprise more than 65%. Strategic and annua
- Maintain a prioritized list of new initiatives and ensure projects are communicated and managed in order to achieve target ship dates and volumes.

- PDS system design and implementation to include active PDS evaluation for each team member with regular feedback sessions between team member and manager overall grid rating for each team member 360 degree feedback program. Identify the #1 Skill to be developed by each team member.
Qualifications
MUST
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Experience in alcohol beverage industry or cpg overall
- High school diploma or ged equivalent
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of ms office products (word excel and outlook)
PREFERRED
- Bachelors degree
- Knowledge of import/export processes/regulations (fda us customs)
- Successful implementation of an integrated planning/forecasting system
Experience
MUST
- Requires experience in manufacturing software (erp mrp mps wms)
- Requires experience managing a creative product process
- 5 years relevant experience (minimum)
- Requires supply chain experience
PREFERRED
- Organizational development experience
