Location: Berkeley Heights NJ / Alpharetta GA (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: Long term Contract

Job Description:
Key Task of client comm resources:
- Plan and coordinate stakeholder communications-define who needs what information when and through which channels.
- Translate technical changes into clear business-friendly messaging about impacts timelines and benefits.
- Prepare end user communications such as guides FAQs readiness notices and downtime alerts.
- Support leadership updates with executive summaries status reports and decision-driving messaging.
- Coordinate across technical and PMO teams to align communications with migration milestones and risks.
- Execute cutover/go live communications including pre migration alerts real-time updates and post-migration guidance.
- Collect feedback and adjust messaging to improve clarity and effectiveness
