Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Business model innovation & financial analysis

Identify growth opportunities and support the development of new business models in priority markets
Support the assessment of expansion opportunities ensuring alignment with brand positioning and portfolio strategy
Build financial projections and assess the economic viability of development initiatives

Portfolio retention & asset performance

Contribute to analytical tools and frameworks to anticipate churn support retention strategies

Strategic analysis & executive presentation

Deliver concise strategic analyses and executive-level presentations to support senior management decision-making.

Qualifications :

Education

Masters level student (M1 or M2) from Business School or Engineering School
Specialization in strategy finance real estate hospitality data disciplines

Experience

Prior experience (internship or apprenticeship) in strategy consulting private equity hotel development is strongly valued

Languages

Fluent in English and French written and spoken

Technical Skills

Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modelling data analysis) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling)

Personal Attributes

Ability to structure complex problems with rigor and clarity
Autonomy professional maturity and strong sense of ownership
Intellectual curiosity and strong interest in luxury and hospitality industries
Comfort operating in cross-functional multicultural senior-level environments
