- Strong experience in business and IT systems analysis
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence and modelling tools such as Sparx EA
- Knowledge of Scrum methodology
- Good understanding of relational databases
- Ability to apply architectural principles and modelling techniques
- Experience in testing documentation training deployment and reporting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in teams and multicultural environments
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of IT experience including at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Scrum or another Agile framework
