This position will be based in the Mississauga ON hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth margin performance and overall profitability for assigned customers. This role leads strategic account planning forecasting and execution of merchandising and promotional initiatives to deliver financial and operational targets. Through strong crossfunctional collaboration and effective customer engagement the Key Account Manager ensures accurate forecasting successful program activation and consistent achievement of key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales gross margin and profitability targets to achieve monthly quarterly and annual KPIs

  • Develop and execute customerspecific business plans including promotional merchandising and pricing strategies

  • Lead forecasting at category brand and SKU levels to meet forecast accuracy KPIs

  • Identify growth opportunities and convert them into incremental sales margin improvements or merchandising gains

  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends using insights to adjust account strategies and support share growth

  • Oversee execution of promotions program launches and instore retail initiatives to ensure compliance and activation KPIs

  • Strengthen customer relationships while partnering crossfunctionally with Marketing Merchandising Finance and Operations

  • Complete required business reporting updates and budget management in alignment with administrative KPIs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required

  • 3 years of sales or account management experience preferably in consumer goods or retail

  • Proven experience analyzing sales financial or market data to inform business decisions

  • Ability to travel including occasional overnight trips

Electrolux Group Careers: expected compensation for this role includes a base salary of $110000 to $130000 per year. Final compensation will be dependent on several factors including experience skills and education.
