Needs to have 10 years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in technical delivery Agile leadership and complex engineering initiatives.
Delivery & Execution
Own endtoend delivery for engineering initiatives ensuring scope timelines quality and reliability targets are met.
Partner with Product Architecture and business stakeholders to plan prioritize and execute release schedules and roadmaps.
Identify delivery risks early and proactively mitigate dependencies blockers and operational challenges.
Establish track and communicate delivery metrics KPIs and engineering health indicators.
Ensure alignment between requirements design development testing and deployment activities.
Technical & Development Leadership
Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams leveraging strong software development understanding.
Review system designs architecture documents and codequality practices for technical feasibility and scalability.
Support engineers in solving complex technical problems and making informed tradeoffs.
Promote engineering best practices across testing documentation design reviews and quality assurance.
Collaborate with architects and tech leads to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
DevOps & Operational Excellence
Drive adoption of DevOps principles including CI/CD automation Infrastructure as Code and observability.
Work with DevOps and platform teams to ensure production stability security and operational performance.
Embed reliability scalability and operational readiness into all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Champion continuous improvement across tooling automation process optimization and release practices.
People & Team Leadership
Build mentor and develop highperforming engineering teams through coaching and structured feedback.
Foster a culture of ownership accountability transparency and continuous learning.
Promote collaboration across Product Engineering QA DevOps and business partners.
Support career growth succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Essential Skills
Strong experience driving engineering delivery roadmaps release planning and risk mitigation.
Ability to guide technical teams through architecture reviews design evaluations and engineering decisionmaking.
Handson experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related tools (Jira Confluence).
Knowledge of DevOps practices: CI/CD automation observability and operational readiness.
Proven success leading crossfunctional teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication documentation and analytical problemsolving abilities.
Desirable Skills
Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM.
Exposure to financial services environments and riskrelated initiatives.
