Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a multi-workstream Salesforce transformation initiative with primary focus on Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash modernization.
This role is accountable for program governance executive stakeholder alignment cross-functional coordination delivery risk management financial oversight and value realization. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise program leadership experience in CRM revenue systems ERP integrations and digital transformation environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Leadership & Governance
- Lead end-to-end program delivery across Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
- Establish program governance framework including steering committees reporting cadence RAID management and executive dashboards.
- Define program roadmap milestones dependencies and release strategy.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture security and compliance standards.
2. Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Transformation Oversight
- Oversee implementation of complex CPQ configurations subscription management billing automation and revenue integrations.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sales Operations Finance Revenue Operations IT and ERP teams.
- Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle or equivalent).
- Drive process harmonization across lead-to-revenue lifecycle.
3. Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage multi-million-dollar program budgets.
- Track program financials burn rate and resource allocation.
- Ensure vendor and partner alignment with contractual obligations.
- Drive value realization tied to revenue growth operational efficiency and automation KPIs.
4. Risk & Dependency Management
- Identify and proactively manage program risks interdependencies and integration complexities.
- Lead mitigation planning for technical business and operational risks.
- Manage change impacts across sales finance and operations functions.
- Ensure business continuity during phased deployments.
5. Delivery & Release Management
- Oversee multiple Agile delivery streams.
- Ensure release planning across environments (Dev QA UAT Production).
- Monitor solution quality testing cycles and go-live readiness.
- Ensure data migration cutover planning and hypercare stabilization are effectively managed.
6. Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
- Present program status risks and outcomes to C-suite and executive steering committees.
- Align business and technology leadership around transformation goals.
- Drive consensus in complex multi-entity environments.
- Provide strategic guidance on roadmap evolution and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of program management experience in enterprise IT transformation.
- 5 years leading Salesforce programs at scale.
- Experience managing Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) implementations.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash lifecycle processes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems.
- Proven experience managing global or multi-region programs.
- Experience managing system integrators and third-party vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud exposure.
- Experience in subscription-based SaaS or enterprise revenue models.
- Background in BFSI FinTech SaaS or complex enterprise sales environments.
- PMP PgMP SAFe or equivalent program management certification.
