Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and creatively strategic Marketing & Brand Experience Executive to lead our digital presence performance initiatives and brand storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical ability with creative excellence someone who can build optimize and scale brand experiences across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end management of social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn) including content strategy planning creation scheduling and performance optimization
- Own performance tracking and reporting delivering monthly insights with clear recommendations for growth and optimization
- Write high-impact content across marketing sales brand narratives website pages and email campaigns
- Conduct website UI/UX audits to identify experience gaps prepare structured QA reports and collaborate with designers and developers to improve user experience
- Support and optimize full-cycle email campaigns including content creation setup and performance analysis
- Collaborate closely with internal design marketing and growth teams on content ideation campaign planning and execution
- Stay ahead of platform trends audience behavior and digital best practices to continuously evolve strategy
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Performance Marketing and Email Marketing
- 3 - 4 years of proven experience in copywriting and brand storytelling
- Strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms trends and best practices (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn)
- Strong hands-on experience with analytics and tracking tools including GA GTM Google Search Console CRM platforms and social media analytics tools
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
