Position Purpose:
The HR Executive will play a critical role in supporting our executives by managing day-to-day administrative tasks optimizing their schedules conducting technical recruitment and ensuring seamless communication within the organization. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion. This position requires a proactive flexible individual capable of anticipating the needs of executives and addressing them effectively.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Recruitment such as hiring Tech leads Designers and Sales.
- Efficiently manage complex calendars including scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings conferences and appointments.
- Prioritize and organize meetings based on urgency and importance ensuring optimal use of the executives time.
- Participate in employee engagement.
- Assist In HR operations.
- Draft and edit correspondence emails and other documents maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files ensuring easy accessibility and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Prepare agendas take minutes and follow up on action items for meetings.
- Proactively manage and prioritize tasks deadlines and projects.
- Anticipate needs and provide timely support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees.
- Represent company in a professional manner demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Implement and maintain protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
