Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Executive to ensure the quality reliability and performance of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA methodologies hands-on testing experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply strong knowledge of QA methodologies tools and best practices across projects.
- Review and analyze business requirements specifications and technical design documents providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Perform the role of Test Engineer by designing developing and executing manual and automated test cases.
- Conduct various types of testing including functional regression smoke integration and unit testing.
- Identify document and track defects; verify fixes and ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Prepare and maintain detailed QA documentation audit reports and test result reports.
- Ensure project quality standards timelines and delivery expectations are consistently met.
- Monitor and control QA processes to ensure compliance with defined standards.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Production Teams to coordinate testing schedules and priorities.
- Participate in kickoff and review meetings with PM and Production teams to clarify requirements tasks and feedback.
- Ensure final deliverables meet customer expectations and business requirements.
Requirements
Technical Skills & Expertise:
- Strong understanding of UI/UX quality standards and experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress Shopify and Webflow.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing; exposure to automated testing tools is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Experience in maintaining test cases defect logs and QA reports.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Educational qualification must be BSCS / BSSE or Diploma in Computer Science.
- Experience Required Minimum 3-4 Years preferably in the same industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ownership accountability and leadership qualities.
