SUMMARY
The HR Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Chief People Officer and serves as a shared resource across the HR team. This role supports the day-to-day execution of core People initiatives by managing operational and coordination work across Talent Enablement Total Rewards and HR Partnership & Operations. The role is critical to keeping priorities moving information flowing and HR processes running smoothly.
ESSENTIALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIESincludethefollowing plus others may be assigned based on business needs:
CPO Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the CPO including calendar coordination meeting logistics and preparation of materials
- Track action items follow-ups and deadlines coming out of leadership and People team meetings
- Assist with preparation of presentations reports and internal communications
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Support Across People Pillars
- Talent Enablement: Assist with coordination of training programs leadership development sessions performance cycles and talent reviews
- Total Rewards: Support compensation and benefits processes including data preparation communications and administration support
- HR Partnership & Operations: Assist HR partners with scheduling documentation employee lifecycle tracking and process coordination
HR Systems & Reporting
- Enter and maintain employee data in the HRIS
- Run standard HR reports (headcount turnover compliance tracking)
- Support audits data requests and dashboard inputs
Coordination & Process Support
- Serve as a central point of coordination for routine HR requests and direct items to the appropriate HR leader
- Assist with scheduling interviews meetings and HR-related events
- Help document standardize and improve HR processes and workflows
Perform work in a safe manner and actively engage others to do the same.
EDUCATIONand/orEXPERIENCE
- 24 years of experience in an HR administrative coordinator or executive support role
- Experience supporting senior leaders and cross-functional teams preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Experience with HRIS platforms (UKG or similar)
