Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (Mild/Moderate) to serve as a Learning Specialist supporting students across multiple educational sites within an Educational Service Center (ESC). This position offers an immediate start and continues through the end of the current school year.

Key Responsibilities

Provide instruction in Math Literacy and Executive Functioning for:
- Elementary students (Grades K1)
- Middle school students (Grades 68)
Develop implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies tailored to students with mild to moderate disabilities.
Collaborate with general education teachers specialists and support staff to promote student achievement.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress assessments and instructional plans.
Foster a safe inclusive and supportive learning environment that supports diverse learner needs.

Required Qualifications

Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license in Special Education.
Experience working with students with mild/moderate disabilities preferred.
Strong communication collaboration and organizational skills.
