About the Role
We are looking for a Booking & Operations Specialist to join our Miami Team.
As a Booking & Operations Specialist we are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional who loves creating unique travel experiences and thrives in fast paced and hands on environments.
You will play a key role in supporting our travel partners ensuring that every trip goes beyond being just a destination and becomes a truly memorable journey.
You will be responsible for the operational management of travel bookings making sure that every detail is handled with accuracy and care turning plans into unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of customer bookings including creation modification and cancellation;
- Provide specialized support to our travel partners;
- Ensure high-quality customer service with attention to detail and personalization;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.
What Were Looking For
- Degree in Tourism or similar;
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator;
- Mandatory proficiency with airline booking systems (GDS) preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo;
- Strong customer service orientation with friendliness and professionalism;
- Availability for night shifts;
- Fluency in English Spanish is a plus;
- Miami based the position is not fully remote.
