Job Summary
Job Title: Specialist- Junior (Onsite)
Location: Raleigh NC
Duration: 06 Months with possible extension
Job Description:
This position provides expert-level support of clinical terminology standards and complex mapping activities across the HIE. The specialist resolves high-impact data quality issues interprets evolving coding requirements and implements best practices for semantic interoperability. Given that the terminology services tool requires extensive manual training refinement and expert judgment to reach maturity this role provides necessary adjustments to shape the tools learning and ensure its outputs are accurate and scalable
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Guidance and leadership in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms beyond that of a Developer / Programmer
- Understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program
- Analysis visual design development data analysis testing and implementation technical and user documentation software conversions maintenance (including production support) etc.
