Our client is a fast-growing B2B business operating at the intersection of crypto prop trading and trading infrastructure. As part of its next growth phase the company is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and scale revenue-driven initiatives with a strong focus on LatAm markets and affiliate-led acquisition models.
This is an individual contributing position with rewarding bonus with a team of experienced and collaborative environment.

As a Business Development Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Take full ownership of acquiring retaining and growing relationships with Master Introducing Brokers (MIBs) Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates across multiple acquisition channels.
Contribute to and propose strategic initiatives aimed at expanding and strengthening the partner portfolio within the LatAm region.
Build long-term mutually beneficial partnerships by negotiating commercial terms and conditions that align with both partner objectives and business goals.
Act as a key point of contact for partners ensuring ongoing engagement performance optimisation and relationship stability.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development Sales or Partnerships within FX brokers traffic providers or prop trading firms.
Existing exposure to or network within the LatAm market is a strong advantage.
Native-level English proficiency is required; Portuguese and/or Spanish is a strong plus.
Proven experience acquiring negotiating managing and retaining MIB/IB partnerships.
Candidates with experience driving organic traffic through SEO-focused affiliate models are highly encouraged to apply.
