Were looking for an ambitious curious and high-performing sales professional with a proven track record in SaaS sales. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on energy building strong relationships uncovering opportunities and delivering real value to clients.
In this role youll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline management to closing deals and driving retention. Youll thrive in a fast-moving collaborative environment where innovation teamwork and curiosity power everything we do.

What you will do
Manage the full sales life cycle consistently exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas
Prospect qualify pursue and secure a pipeline of new business opportunities across both inbound and outbound deals
Use your can-do attitude planning improved solutions to qualify and convert the correct types of prospects through strategic creative problem-solving methods
Conduct discovery calls product demos pricing calls and send proposals to potential clients
Apply your knowledge of our market and competitors to identify as well as develop the companys unique selling propositions or differentiators
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients in addition to prospective clients
Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to efficiently prospect manage track forecast and report on your client/prospect pipeline throughout the sales process in your region
Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure Rillion is delivering the most beneficial product experience based on received feedback
Oversee coordination with internal teams throughout the procurement process ensuring the highest quality of financial onboarding and client experience transactions
What we are looking for:
BSc or BA in business sales or marketing
8 years experience in a B2B software or SaaS sales role
8 years of managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close)
Proven success in crafting and executing outbound sales strategies
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software preferred HubSpot experience
Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
Metrics driven with a sharp focus on goals believe in daily weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them
Exceptional communication/presentation skills
Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Accounts payable software sales experience preferred (not required)
Willingness to travel for various trade shows large client meetings etc. (as necessary)
