We are currently looking for an experienced National Account Executive who manages key customer accounts and to support the National Account Manager team in the day-to-day operations for our major customer portfolio. The position expands across the Lifestyles business and newly formed Beauty & Wellness division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily operational tasks across major customers and manage a portfolio of key customer accounts
  • Prepare and maintain stock and availability reports highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Manage customer queries and communications
  • Prepare Sales Agents monthly commission and raise payment request in SAP
  • Assist with data analysis invoice approval and payment for invoices
  • Assist with presentations brand launches marketing and digital collateral
  • Prepare the 12-month yearly planner of key focus brands
  • Regularly liaising with brand principles to ensure channel plans are aligned to overall brand plans

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Account Manager
  • Cross customer experience ideally with exposure to the key major players such as Harris Scarfe. KWH FMCG Myer David Jones (highly regarded)
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors/ customers
  • Demonstrate sound selling skills and proven key account management experience
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP & Power BI is an advantage
  • Agile attitude to achieving results
  • Engaging personality ability to effectively communicate with multiple touch points both internally and externally with brand principles and customers
