We have an exciting opportunity at nbn as Executive Manager Fibre Upgrade proposition reporting to General Manager Fibre upgrades.
A bit about your role
The Executive Manager Fibre Upgrade proposition is responsible for shaping and delivering fibre upgrade demand by developing strategy driving execution and meeting ambitious commercial targets. It requires strong executive presence to engage senior leaders and shareholders provide clear performance insights and recommend commercially impactful actions. A key focus is leading marketing engagement and managing MDF and rebate programs coordinating virtual teams to deliver budgeted demand while modelling and influencing fibre uptake over the next five years.
The role also aligns crossfunctional stakeholders across network operations finance and customer teams leads strategic initiatives for ExCo/Board decisions supports valuecreation programs with business units partners with Customer teams on mediumterm strategy and develops internal and external communications that articulate the fibre upgrade narrative.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and advanced analytical capability including confidence with financial models. They have a proven track record of driving customer demand delivering against budgeted targets and creating campaigns and reporting frameworks from the ground up. They bring sophisticated problemsolving skills understand broadband and converged technology options and can translate complex data into clear compelling narratives.
Exceptional communication and stakeholdermanagement skills are essential along with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical operational and customerfacing teams. They also demonstrate strong project and teamleadership capability successfully managing large complex initiatives and producing highquality outputs under tight timelines.
