Role Summary:
An Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high level administrative and strategic support to ensure smooth executive operations. This role demands discretion being proactive and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Manage the CEOs calendar scheduling meetings appointments and travel logistics which includes visa processing while prioritizing tasks and resolving calendar conflicts .
Draft communications on behalf of CEO & Co-ordinate with Business Ops and Offering Heads in collating reports and presentations
Act as a liaison with board members senior executives stakeholders and external contacts handle confidential correspondence and follow ups.
Co-ordinate governance activities like board meetings including expense reports office support Town halls and special projects to support organization goals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred with 5 years in Executive support ideally C-suite level
Exceptional communication multi-tasking and judgement skills proficiency in MS office and Calendar tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality exercise initiative and thrive in entrepreneurial or high-stakes settings.
