Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily weekly and monthly MIS reports
Develop Excel dashboards for tracking production inventory sales and performance metrics
Collect verify and analyse data from multiple departments
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
Automate reports using advanced Excel tools
Create and manage pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP HLOOKUP Index-Match
Work with large datasets and perform data analysis
Coordinate with production stores and accounts teams for data consolidation
Maintain proper documentation and filing of reports
Required Skills
Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level)
o Pivot Tables & Charts
o Advanced Formulas
o Data Validation
o Conditional Formatting
o Macros (preferred)
Good analytical and numerical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification & Experience
Any Graduate
1 3 years of experience in MIS Data Analysis or Reporting role
Experience in manufacturing or textile industry will be an added advantage
