Sales Engineering Assistant Manager - Conductors
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Assistant Manager with a strong background in sales engineering to join our team in the Engineering / Heavy Engg. / EPC sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of conductors and a proven track record in supporting sales operations and providing technical expertise.
About the Role:
As an Assistant Manager - Conductors you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients needs. You will be instrumental in driving sales success through expert technical support insightful sales engineering and effective sales and marketing initiatives. This is a full-time proactive role based in Baroda Gujarat India.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive sales support to the sales team ensuring all technical aspects of conductor offerings are clearly communicated.
- Engage in sales engineering activities including understanding client requirements designing technical solutions and preparing technical proposals.
- Deliver exceptional technical support to existing and potential clients addressing inquiries and resolving technical challenges related to conductors.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for product development.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of conductor technology industry standards and best practices.
- Assist in the management of sales pipelines and forecasting ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Any relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in sales support sales engineering technical support and sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of conductors and their applications in the Engineering / Heavy Engg. / EPC industry.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a proactive and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
