Job Summary

Receptionist - HOAMCO (Prescott AZ)

Our HQ Offices are seeking a full-time Receptionist. Benefits available for this on-site fast-paced position with a Monday through Friday schedule.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 year of admin and/or reception experience required.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while handling various interruptions.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a keen focus on resident experience.
  • Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the primary front desk receptionist greeting visitors residents board members vendors and guests in a professional welcoming manner while maintaining a positive and organized reception area.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls efficiently directing inquiries providing information and resolving routine issues promptly.
  • Respond to emails and other communications from homeowners board members and team members in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the site team including preparing documents maintaining records scheduling meetings/appointments and assisting with various office projects.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with homeowners/residents and board members addressing concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Support overall community operations by maintaining accurate records processing routine request and contributing to a smooth resident-focused environment.
