ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Answer district calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
2. Greet assist screen and check in building visitors.
3. Schedule location conference rooms.
4. Manage weekly and monthly spreadsheets tracking building visitors.
5. Manage and update receptionist who to call list and assist with building staff directory updates.
6. Create manage and update offender profiles in the V-Soft database flagging visitors with security alerts.
7. Manage update and post weekly building meeting schedule. Coordinate additional receptionist support and streamline mass badging for large gatherings.
8. Serve as mailroom backup in tracking packages or purchase orders through the e-Finance system.
9. Provide staff development receptionist training to substitutes for both ISC and ISC-West buildings.
