Job Summary
- Greets directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors.
- Manages incoming call queue.
- Monitors screens and unlocks exterior doors by utilizing cameras and security system.
- Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth personal interest and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment.
- Coordinates service/maintenance calls.
- Performs scheduled duties in an accurate and timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
Hours & Compensation:
- PRN/Per Diem Postition
- Shift: 8am - 4pm (3 days a week)
- Holiday rotation: 2 holidays a year working a 6 hour shift
- Pay: $15.00/hour
Qualifications :
- Minimum one (1) year of reception experience with heavy public contact or in a security monitoring environment required.
- High school diploma required
