Position Summary: The Family Retention & Recruitment Coordinator provides operational and logistical support for enrollment retention and engagement initiatives within the Family Community & Youth Empowerment department. This position coordinates vendors materials schedules tracking tools and seasonal outreach staffing logistics to support implementation of Family Retention & Recruitment activities. The Coordinator maintains operational systemssupports school and community communications and assists with data tracking and reporting related to outreach and enrollment efforts. Work is performed under general supervision and in accordance with established district procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in education marketing business communications hospitality management or a related field required

Experience:

  • Two (2) years of experience in program coordination outreach enrollment services community engagement or related work preferred
  • Experience in public education or community-based programs preferred

Specialized Knowledge Licenses and Certifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
