Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for salaried employees across Engineering Supply Chain Operations and IT
- Develop implement and track standardized training plans and onboarding templates
- Coordinate mentorship and training initiatives to support new employee development
- Support hiring and interviewing processes and maintain hiring plans for a growing manufacturing site
- Serve as liaison between HR department leaders and new employees to ensure alignment and communication
- Track and report onboarding hiring and training metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (experience considered in lieu of degree)
- 5 years of experience in onboarding training and/or recruitment
- Strong organizational communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
