Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for salaried employees across Engineering Supply Chain Operations and IT
  • Develop implement and track standardized training plans and onboarding templates
  • Coordinate mentorship and training initiatives to support new employee development
  • Support hiring and interviewing processes and maintain hiring plans for a growing manufacturing site
  • Serve as liaison between HR department leaders and new employees to ensure alignment and communication
  • Track and report onboarding hiring and training metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (experience considered in lieu of degree)
  • 5 years of experience in onboarding training and/or recruitment
  • Strong organizational communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
