Job Summary

Are you the Masters Level Clinician/Therapist we have been looking for In this position youâwillâbe ableâto conveyâyourâpassionâforâhelping othersâby leading a dynamic teamâand bringing anâenergetic and positive approachâwhile working with our youth!
The pay range for this position is $50000 to $75000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience education licensure certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.
JRI Provides The Training So That:
- YOU will be able to develop your skills in providing treatment and comprehensive assessments for our students through group therapy and individual treatment planning.
- YOU will be able to develop innovative and individualized treatment plans to support our youth as they work toward reaching their clinical and treatment goals.
- YOU will be able to manage a caseload of youth to help them discover what makes them feel competent and valued by working with them to develop life skills such as cooking banking vocational skills and more. Your day-to-day work will support students in developing a sense of self and provide them the skills to be successful in their next steps.

Requirements:â
- Must be 21 years of age.â
- Masters Degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy required.
- Clinical licensure (LCSW LMHC LICSW LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required. We will help you!
- Maintains valid drivers license as transporting students is required.â
- At JRI you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!â
- Background and driving record checksâwill be performed.
- Clinical Supervision for Licensure provided.
