Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their career in the production industry to gain hands-on experience and develop a wide range of skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist production staff with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Help set up and break down equipment and production areas before and after shoots or events.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and task execution.
- Manage inventory and organize production materials and supplies in an orderly fashion.
- Provide on-site support during production activities including running errands and managing logistics
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle varied responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written to interact effectively with team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings late evenings or weekends as needed.
