Maintain deep knowledge of the overall ServiceNow implementation to assess and communicate the cross-platform impacts of requested changes or enhancements to the SPO Collaboration
Partner with implementation partners and internal project teams to successfully deploy new SPO functionalities and modules as business needs Support
Provide implementation expertise during regular ServiceNow version upgrades to ensure the SPO module remains compliant and supported by the vendor.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a relevant technical field.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for Sourcing and Procurement Operations or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform with strong specific experience guiding the implementation and providing deep support for the SPO module.
Good familiarity with ITSM and the general ServiceNow understanding of ITIL principles and in defining and managing requirements for ServiceNow integrations.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and consultative communication and interpersonal skills.
