NOW HIRING: Electronic Assembler Level 1 & 2
Tipp City OH Onsite Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $19.38/hour for level 2
Starting at $17.34/hour for level 1
Position Overview:
Join a growing team assembling military and aerospace electronics in a clean temperature-controlled environment. This role is responsible for assembling products according to detailed specifications ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
Perform soldering and electronic/hardware assembly
Read and interpret technical drawings schematics and work instructions
Verify part dimensions using tools such as calipers and height gauges
Assemble components accurately and efficiently
Inspect wiring assemblies and circuits
Follow all safety quality and process standards
Work closely with the Quality team to resolve issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small parts
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible and dependable
Level 1 Requirements:
03 years of experience
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
Basic understanding or willingness to learn how to read technical drawings
Seeks guidance when troubleshooting or resolving issues
Works effectively under direct supervision
Communicates clearly with management and team members
Level 2 Requirements:
36 years of related experience
Ability to perform intermediate non-repetitive tasks
Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions
Able to work with minimal supervision
