Customers are King! Each and every day the Customer Success Team works to ensure that our clients are maximizing the value they receive from PitchBook. Onboarding training support business development and renewals are handled by the Customer Success team. Customer Success does whatever it takes to ensure our customers achieve their goals and continue to grow their engagement with the PitchBook Platform.
The Customer Trainer is responsible for designing and facilitating scalable learning experiences that enable PitchBook customers to achieve their desired success. They partner with our curriculum development team to build engaging training experiences and then deliver training to our customers in the form of live instructor-led workshops. The Customer Trainer will be part of a new division in the Customer Success department focused on Customer Education. Each facilitated training will help scale our resources internally and provide our customers with learning and certification opportunities to level-up their professional skillsets.

This role is expected to be in the office 5 days a week.
The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
