Job Summary

Job Title: Customer Journey Analytics - BA
Job Location: Dallas TX
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Translate business questions into CJA use cases reporting components segment logic and calculated metrics
Analyze Adobe Analytics Workspace projects and identify components that require recreation in CJA
Validate reporting outputs through side-by-side comparisons and support user acceptance testing
Maintain migration documentation mappings definitions and governance standards
Serve as the liaison between business analytics and technical implementation teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups reviews and retrospectives
Remove blockers improve team flow and champion continuous improvement
Support prioritization backlog refinement release coordination and stakeholder communication
