Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team in a fully remote role. This is a great opportunity for candidates starting their career in logistics as full training will be provided. If you are organized a strong communicator and enjoy problem-solving this role is a strong fit. You will play a key role in supporting logistics operations assisting drivers and ensuring smooth processes all within a remote fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Tracking & Coordination
Track trip documents and ensure validity
Coordinate with internal teams
Maintain accurate records and update trucking management systems
Customer Support:
Communicate with drivers regarding deliveries and updates
Resolve issues and provide timely solutions
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good attention to detail and organization
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Comfortable working with systems tools or spreadsheets
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Nice to Have:
Experience in logistics customer support or data entry
Familiarity with tracking systems or operations tools
Working Hours:
Primarily 4 PM - 12 AM Central Time (US) Monday to Sunday
40 hours per week
Must be flexible in shift changes
