Job Summary

Job Title: Microsoft Technology Trainer ( Microsoft Teams SharePoint copilot etc)10 years of experience

Location: Annapolis MD Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
Experience as a technology trainer working with proprietary and/or advanced off-the-shelf software (e.g. Microsoft Teams Copilot OneNote SharePoint etc.).
Experience in creating technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Design develop and deliver instructor-led training for both commercial and proprietary software applications.
Create and maintain training materials including technical documentation user guides videos and instructional modules.
Develop engaging learning content using modern instructional design principles.
Communicate regularly with the Contract Manager regarding project plans progress and status updates.
Manage multiple training projects simultaneously ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and solutions.
Provide support in troubleshooting user issues and improving training effectiveness.
Ensure all training content aligns with organizational standards and user requirements.

Preferred Experience:

Delivering in-person instructor-led training for various software applications.
Conducting training sessions based on adult learning principles for individuals and groups.
Utilizing training development tools such as Camtasia Articulate 360 Vyond or similar platforms.
Managing training projects end-to-end ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Abilities:

Apply structured methodologies to plan track and deliver effective technical training.
Develop user-friendly technical documentation (e.g. quick reference guides web content).
Create interactive and video-based training materials.
Effectively manage multiple tasks stakeholders and resources simultaneously.
Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet deadlines across concurrent initiatives.

Knowledge Areas:

Customer service best practices when working with internal and external subject matter experts.
Identifying user issues and implementing appropriate solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Teams Copilot OneNote and SharePoint.
