Department Overview
Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science (OHSU) is seeking a full time Orthopedic Upper Extremity/Hand Surgeon to join our established CMH-OHSU Orthopedic clinic located in Astoria Oregon.
Function/Duties of Position
As an upper extremity specialist you will be joining an established orthopedic and sports medicine practice with experienced board-certified orthopedists and advanced practice practitioners who offer a full spectrum of orthopedic care. This position will serve as an OHSU Clinical Associate who is fully embedded as a member of the OHSU Practice Plan with 100 percent of their practice dedicated patient care at Columbia Memorial Hospital.
Practice Details
- Provide outpatient services at the CMH-OHSU Health Orthopedics Clinic.
- Four-Day work week with dedicated clinic OR and administrative time.
- Guaranteed base salary with annual merit increases and quality incentives.
- Hiring incentives including commencement bonus and relocation.

Required Qualifications
- M.D./D.O. degree/training
- Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery Residency
- Completion of a hand and upper extremity fellowship.
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery
