Lead strategic growth and market impact for the firms Private Client practice.
Day Pitney a nationally recognized leader in Private Client services has created a new Business Development and Marketing Manager role to elevate how the firm drives client growth strengthens market presence and stewards high-value relationships.
The ideal candidate pairs strategic marketing savvy with the confidence to guide senior stakeholders bringing structure momentum and strong relationship instincts to a dynamic high-visibility role.
The role in action:
- Elevate the firms market presence through targeted campaigns content strategy and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with attorneys and leaders to pursue high-value client opportunities and strengthen key relationships.
- Coordinate firmwide visibility initiatives across events sponsorships media and publishing opportunities.
- Build and refine systems for pitches proposals rankings awards and experience management.
- Enhance marketing and business development processes that improve consistency responsiveness and execution.
We are seeking candidates who:
- Bring 7 years of experience in business development or marketing within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Hold a Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or related field; advanced degree helpful but not required.
- Demonstrate strong communication with excellent writing skills analytical thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities.
