We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Consultant who is ready to:

This is a 100% remote performance-based role offering flexibility autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to impactful client outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients through calls email and digital channels establishing professional and trust-based relationships
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs objectives and challenges
  • Identify and recommend appropriate programs and services aligned with client goals
  • Support clients throughout their journey ensuring a high standard of experience and measurable outcomes
  • Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to support retention and growth

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales business development or client acquisition ideally within consulting coaching or professional services
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and address complex client needs
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated results-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Experience working in remote or flexible environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Interest in personal development leadership or client transformation
