In this role you will:

- Engage with qualified individuals via digital platforms such as LinkedIn and Zoom
- Contribute to leadership development conversations and online engagement activities
- Operate independently within defined systems frameworks and compliance standards
This role combines professional independence with a structured consulting framework.
Experience & Expertise
Applicants should demonstrate:
- 5 years experience in education instructional leadership curriculum implementation or academic administration
- Strong communication and one to one and group facilitation capability
- Experience mentoring adults or supporting professional development initiatives
- Confidence using remote collaboration tools and digital platforms
- High levels of accountability organisation and self-direction
