This role combines professional independence with a structured consulting framework.

Experience & Expertise

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • 5 years experience in education instructional leadership curriculum implementation or academic administration
  • Strong communication and one to one and group facilitation capability
  • Experience mentoring adults or supporting professional development initiatives
  • Confidence using remote collaboration tools and digital platforms
  • High levels of accountability organisation and self-direction

This role is well suited to experienced professionals seeking to apply their existing skillset in a new flexible professional context.
