Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through calls email and digital channels establishing professional and trust-based relationships
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs objectives and challenges
- Identify and recommend appropriate programs and services aligned with client goals
- Support clients throughout their journey ensuring a high standard of experience and measurable outcomes
- Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships to support retention and growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales business development or client acquisition ideally within consulting coaching or professional services
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and address complex client needs
- Excellent communication interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated results-oriented and comfortable working independently
- Experience working in remote or flexible environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Interest in personal development leadership or client transformation
