Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Itinerary Planning: Design customised high-end international and domestic itineraries.

• Bookings & Ticketing: Use GDS tools (Amadeus Galileo Sabre) to issue reissue and cancel tickets hotels and transportation.

• Consultation & Sales: Provide expert advice on destinations travel trends and visa requirements to maximise sales and client satisfaction.

• Complex Problem Solving: Resolve travel-related emergencies and disputes promptly.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships with premium clients ensuring retention and offering personalised service.

• Documentation: Ensure accuracy of travel documents insurance and compliance with regulations.
