Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client acquisition account management and revenue generation through FTE C2C and C2H hiring models. The role involves identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and collaborating with recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with direct clients vendors and hiring managers.
  • Work on FTE (Full-time) C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) staffing requirements.
  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn cold calling email campaigns and networking.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team for timely fulfillment.
  • Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements with clients.
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines and CRM records.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
