What You Will Do:
The Special Projects Lead will execute highimpact nonstandard initiatives that drive innovation address capability gaps and advance future mission outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify plan and execute special projects aligned to mission goals
Develop innovative solutions using emerging technologies (AI/data)
Analyze operational gaps and recommend actionable improvements
Coordinate crossfunctional and external stakeholders
Measure outcomes and brief leadership on results and lessons learned
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD securityclearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
FOUR (4) or more years experience leading innovative or R&Dstyle initiatives including experience in AI data and/or systems engineering
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Technical background in AI data or systems engineering
Strong project management and communication skills
Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience
Innovation or advanced analytics background
