About the Role:

TruePoint Construction is hiring motivated individuals to generate leads by speaking with homeowners about roof damage and setting appointments for inspections
This is a fast-paced outdoor role perfect for people who want to earn based on effort not sit behind a desk

Responsibilities:
Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods

Speak with homeowners about roofing issues (storm damage leaks etc.)
Set appointments for free roof inspections
Collect basic homeowner information
Track leads using company system
Represent the company professionally

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Comfortable knocking doors (THIS IS REQUIRED)
Reliable transportation
Positive energetic attitude
Willingness to work outdoors
