Case Manager Level 1 HSPRS

JOB PURPOSE:TheLevel 1 case managerwill provide case management and supportive services to unaccompanied immigrant children released from federal custody. The HSPS Case Manager will Coordinatorworksin collaboration with program staff and supervisors to cultivate a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to service provisions.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct virtual check ins with clients assigned to them at set intervals.
• Assess client needs and changelevelof servicesrequiredas needed.
• Provide resources that areappropriateand needed to ensure client and family success.
• Complete andsubmitreports and other case data entry accurately and within timelines provided.
• Meet or exceed program productivity expectations on a regular and sustained basis.
• Ability to perform duties and services remotely from home.
• DemonstrateExceptionalcustomer service inEverythingyou do by placing the child family Veteran or client firstto supportour mission to Empowerpeople to build better lives for themselves their families and their communities.
• Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1yearsof experienceworking with children or youth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential material in a responsible manner.
• Able and willing to travel domestically up to 25% oftime.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications.
• Must pass FBI and CA/N checks.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Drivers License with clean driving recordrequired.

EDUCATION:Undergraduate degree in social work social sciences public health non-profit management or related field from an accredited college or university preferred; or an equivalent combination of education training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

ATTENDANCE:Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employers sole discretion.
