We are seeking aSenior Director of North America Field & Partner Marketingto lead and scale regional go-to-market execution acrossField Marketing and Partner Marketing. This role owns the strategy execution and performance of North America field programs and partner initiatives with clear accountability forpipeline creation acceleration and revenue impact.
This leader will manage and developboth Field Marketing and Partner Marketing teams ensuring field-led programs driveTQLs SAOs and bookings while partners contribute meaningful sourced and influenced pipeline. The role blends strategic GTM leadership with hands-on operational excellence and close alignment to regional sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing Leadership (Primary Growth Engine)
- Own theNorth America Field Marketing strategy aligned to regional sales priorities territories segments and GTM motions.
- Design and executescalable high-impact field marketing programs including regional events executive engagements roadshows field webinars and account-based initiatives.
- Partner closely with regional sales leadership to supportterritory planning pipeline creation deal acceleration and forecast confidence.
- Drive measurable field marketing outcomes acrossTQLs SAOs and bookings ensuring field programs directly influence pipeline velocity and revenue growth.
- Ensure field initiatives are integrated with digital ABM and lifecycle marketing to delivercohesive multi-touch buyer journeysacross the funnel.
Partner & Channel Marketing Leadership
- Own theNorth America Partner Marketing strategy driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across resellers agents and strategic partners.
- Lead partner co-marketing initiatives that increasedeal registrations TQLs SAOs and bookings aligned to regional sales goals.
- Oversee partner recruitment enablement and activation programs in close partnership with Sales and Partner leadership.
- ManageMDF strategy governance and optimization ensuring investments drive high-quality pipeline and measurable ROI.
Shared Ownership & GTM Leadership
- Lead mentor and scale high-performingField Marketing and Partner Marketing teams fostering strong collaboration and shared accountability for revenue outcomes.
- Developintegrated full-funnel GTM programsthat connect field partner and digital motions into a unified regional execution model.
- Ownattribution measurement and reportingfor field and partner marketing providing clear visibility intoTQLs SAOs pipeline bookings and ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally withSales Growth Marketing Product Marketing Revenue Operations and Digital teamsto ensure tight GTM alignment and execution excellence.
- Continuouslyoptimizeprograms based on performance data pipeline insights and feedback from sales and partners.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience acrossfield marketing and partner/channel marketingin B2B environments with significant North America scope.
- Proventrack recordof building and scalingfield marketing programsthat drive TQLs SAOs and revenue impact.
- Strong experience leadingpartner or channel marketingmotions tied directly to sales outcomes.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience managingmulti-team regional organizations.
- Deep understanding ofregional GTM strategy sales alignment ABM and multi-touch campaign execution.
- Data-driven mindset with experience inattributionmodeling pipeline reporting and performance optimization.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M W TH) in our San Ramon office.
