This is a remote position.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify research and generate high-quality leads that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will support the sales and marketing teams by building strong lead pipelines qualifying prospects and ensuring consistent flow of potential clients through multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through online platforms databases and social media
Generate leads using tools such as LinkedIn email campaigns cold outreach and CRM platforms
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing to sales team
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems accurately
Build and manage prospect lists and contact databases
Support digital marketing campaigns for lead generation
Track analyze and report lead generation performance metrics
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales funnels and lead generation processes
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho HubSpot Salesforce etc.) preferred
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator email tools and outreach platforms a plus
Good research and data management skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
Digital marketing understanding is an advantage
