Role & Responsibilities:
As an Implementation Specialist at Canibuild you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new customers. Your primary responsibilities include:
1. Account walkthrough and Assistance:
Provide detailed walkthroughs to new customers guiding them through the account setup process.
Assist customers in implementing Canibuild addressing and questions or concerns they may have.
2. Communication and Expectation Management:
Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations to customers and key stakeholders.
Educate customers on Canibuilds capabilities and best practices simplifying adoption and aligning expectations.
3. Documentation and Record Keeping:
Record customer implementation needs requests and inquiries in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with customer success sales business development IT and finance teams to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to customer onboarding.
5. Feedback Utilization:
Leverage customer feedback to derive continuous improvement within our onboarding process.
Work closely with teams to implement enhancements based on customers suggestions.
6. Customer Understanding;
Develop a deep understanding of our customers business and operational objectives.
Use this understanding to tailor the implementation process to meet individual customer needs.
7. Proactive Customer Engagement:
Proactively listen to customer feedback and ask clarifying questions to ensure the optimum use of the Canibuild app.
Address any issues or concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with new customers and other stakeholders.
Ensuring customers feel supported throughout their journey with Canibuild.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in relevant field.
Proven experience in customer implementation or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
