We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from a creative agency or production studio background to help scale our presence in the India market across both B2B and B2C segments. The role requires strong communication and pitching skills the ability to sell creative services to mid-to-large brands and complete ownership of the sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
- Drive business growth by scaling the agencys presence in the India market across both B2B and B2C segments
- Identify and engage mid-to-large brands across India including Retail FMCG Hospitality Pharma DTC Technology Lifestyle Entertainment and Wellness
- Build and manage strong relationships with CMOs Brand Managers Marketing Heads and Creative Directors
- Pitch creative solutions including motion design animation video content graphic design and integrated campaigns
- Own the complete sales funnel from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure
- Lead outreach through LinkedIn email communication referrals events and warm introductions
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to prepare proposals pricing and pitch decks
- Represent the agency at industry events client meetings and networking forums
- Maintain and track the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales business development or brand partnerships within a creative agency or production studio
- Proven experience selling creative marketing advertising or production services to mid-to-large brands across India
- Strong understanding of motion design video production content marketing and design services
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven experience owning the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Prior experience selling to both B2B and B2C brands
- Ability to pitch confidently to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
