Job Summary

Introduction

A leading organisation is seeking an Exec (PA) to the Group CEO to provide highlevel administrative strategic and operational support. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills discretion and the ability to manage complex priorities across multiple companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise the CEOs calendar meetings and correspondence.
  • Draft and proofread reports presentations and highlevel communications.
  • Organise board meetings strategic offsites and quarterly reviews.
  • Track KPIs monitor strategic projects and assist with financial reporting.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain document management systems and implement productivity tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a PA EA or Chief of Staff supporting Csuite executives at Group Level
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet) and reporting dashboards (Power BI Tableau) advantageous.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and problemsolving skills.
  • High emotional intelligence adaptability and ability to remain calm under pressure.
