About the Role
Fast-growing restaurant looking for a Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and partner with the General Manager. Youll lead shifts coach teams deliver outstanding guest experiences and help drive sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise shifts to ensure excellent service and food quality
- Train coach and retain team members
- Support sales labor and financial performance goals
- Ensure company policies safety and health standards are followed
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Maintain equipment and operational standards
Requirements
- Restaurant management experience (at least five years)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment
- ServSafe Food and/or Alcohol certification a plus
